Cancellation Policy for Lashn’ Outt. Eyelash Extensions and Eyebrow Services

I value your time and appreciate your commitment to my services. To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, I have established the following cancellation policy for eyelash extensions and eyebrow services:

1. Cancellation Notice:

• I understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of [24 hours] notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Cancellations made with less than [24 Hours] notice or failure to show up for your appointment (no-show) will result in a cancellation fee of [50%].

3. Booking Deposits:

• For certain services or appointments, I may require a non-refundable booking deposit to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the service at the time of your appointment.

4. Refunds for Deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling:

• I understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least [24 Hours] before your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

6. Appointment Confirmation:

• I send appointment confirmation reminders [24 Hours] prior to your scheduled appointment via [Email]. It is your responsibility to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment at that time.

By booking an appointment with Lashn’ Outt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to my cancellation policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.
